Rick and the team were outstanding from start to finish. That is, they arrived on time, worked non-stop each day, and cleaned up to be ready for the next day. Rick was involved with his team, followed up with me and after the period of waiting for the driveway to cure, he followed up to ensure I was pleased with their work. We requested several quotes on our Landing/Walkway/Driveway project last year, and Gem was very competitive and realistic given the deliverables. In the end, no hidden charges or cost over runs. Rick worked with us every step of the way and was diligent when it came to understanding what we wanted and how to execute the various forms and pours. GEM took care of all regulatory details and in the end, provided suggestions on fencing, curbing and landscaping. The end product was almost exactly what we had envisioned, minor flaws remediated, and loose ends tied up to our satisfaction. All in all was are quite happy with the work.
